Another Point to Ponder
In the gospel of John we read,
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
In him was life, and that life was the light of men....
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:1-4,14.
In my previous blog I said anyone who is presented with Jesus must decide whether what Jesus said about himself was true when He said,
“... "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6.
In this post I would ask who do you think Jesus is. In the Gospel of John, John refers to Jesus as “The Word”. John states that “The Word was with God”
That He was in the beginning with God and that through Him all things were made.
We read that,
“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14.
Thus the question becomes do you believe Jesus is God incarnate, God in the flesh?
What I would ask of anyone answers that question is, please at least read the New Testament all the time praying with a sincere heart, asking God to show you the truth.
