God knows so keep to the script

God Knows so keep to the script

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
                                                                       Psalm 139:13-16.
The other day I listened to some very judgmental people speaking against the Gay, Lesbian, community. I heard condemning statements like “homosexuals are going to roast in hell.”
Later I listened to people condemning the Muslim community.
What bothered me more than anything was these people claimed to be Christian. If they were it was be the slimmest of margins. From their actions I did not see these people showing love for one’s neighbour.
Jesus when asked,
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
This is the first and greatest commandment.
And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
                                                                                            Matthew 22:37-40.
The apostle Paul speaking to Christians said,
“What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.”
                                                                                                1 Corinthians 5:12,13.
We as Christians have no right to judge of condemn anyone outside the Christian faith community.
Jesus told Christians,
“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
                                                                             Matthew 28:18-20.
We as Christians will not win one person for Christ if we are judging them and yelling at them they are going to roast in hell.
Only God has the right to judge people because only God knows what is inside a person.
At the beginning of this article I quoted Psalm 139:13-16 that stated,
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
God and only God knows what makes up a person be they Gay or strait. He knows why they follow other faiths. God knows all.
That is why He and only he has the right to Judge anyone.
My suggestion to anyone who claims to be Christian is stick to the script. Jesus gave to all who believe in Him. To reach out to the whole world in Love.
Let God through the Holy Spirit convict men of any sin they have in their lives and that goes for Christians and non-Christians alike.
Jesus said,
“I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.”
            Matthew 10:16
Or as the New King James puts it “harmless as doves
For it is only when we are considered harmless and non threatening that we can truly have open and free dialogue with others that will reach people for Christ.
Think about it.
