  Are you sitting?

Marks gospel records,

“When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the “sinners” and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and ‘sinners’?” 

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Mark 2:16,17.

We as Christians must be willing to sit down with those who do not believe as we do, and engage them in open discussion. To tell them what we believe and listen to them. That is our duty to Christ Jesus.

You can’t win a soul for Christ if you are not willing to sit down with those you disagree with.

So my question to you; If you consider yourself a true believer in Christ Jesus are you sitting down with those you disagree with and engaging them in open discussion? Are you presenting the gospel of Christ to anyone who will listen to you?
