No God?

No God?
The Psalmist writes,
"The fool says in his heart, "There is no God."
                                                                  Psalm 14:1.
Billy Graham the American evangelist said,
I can't prove it scientifically, that there's a God, but I believe.
                                                                                  Billy Graham.
That being said the Psalmist tells us,
"The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard."
                                                                                             Psalm 19:1-3.
Scientist tell us that our planet is in the perfect position in not only the solar system but in the galaxy to have life exist as we know it. A few more kilometres closer or further away from the sun and life would not exist.
Dr. Arno Penzias 1978 Nobel Prize winner in Physics writes,
"Astronomy leads us to a unique event, a universe which was created out of nothing, one with a very delicate balance needed to provide exactly the conditions required to permit life and one which has an underlying (one might say ‘supernatural') plan." Dr, Arno Penzias.
Another Nobel prize winner in Physics William Philips, writes,
“I believe in God more because of science than in spite of it"William Philips
Yet another Nobel prize winner in Physics, Werner Heisenberg father of Quantum Mechanics writes,
The first gulp from the glass of natural science will make you an atheist,
but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you"
                                                                        Werner Heisenberg
Even Stephen Hawking one of the greatest minds to ever live noted,
“The universe and the laws of physics
seem to have been specifically designed for us"
                                                                    Stephen Hawking.
On this side of eternity we may never be able to see God physically but we can see His handiwork throughout all creation.
Just because you can’t see things doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Many scientist had theories they believed in all their lives that weren’t proved correct until after their death. So it is with God. God wants all who believe in him to believe by faith. The writer of Hebrews telling us,
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for
and
certain of what we do not see.”
                                    Hebrews 11:1
“And without faith it is impossible to please God,
because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists
and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
                                                                                   Hebrews 11:6
Thus my question to you; do you believe in God?
Please think about it.

Be Still

Be Still
The Psalmist writes,
“Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
                                        Psalm 46:10.
Someone said,
“Maybe the atheist cannot find God
for the same reason a thief cannot find a policeman.”
                                                                 Author Unknown
That may be true. Many people I know who do not believe in God have made up their mind and are not willing to change.
Believing in God takes faith and as Blaise Pascal wrote,
“In faith there is enough light for those who want to believe
and enough shadows to blind those who don't.”
                                                           Blaise Pascal.
I think as well the reason many people today in our 24/7 society do not believe in God is that they are not looking for Him. They are distracted by the many things that our society has to offer. You just have to walk down the street in any city, go into a shop, walk in the park. Even sitting in a doctors office and you see people constantly on their electronic device.
We are so wired, so content with looking at what this world has to offer that we don’t see God. Yet as the Psalmist warns,
That God,“...will be exalted among the nations,”
That God “will be exalted in the earth.”
In the book of Ecclesiastes we read,
“I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”Ecclesiastes 1:14.
The writer goes on to say,
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole  duty  of man.
For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.” Ecclesiastes 12:13,14.
The Apostle Paul speaking in Athens states,
"For he (God) has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to all men by raising him from the dead.” Acts 17:31.
Thus the decision is up to you. You can believe in God or you can choose not to. You can believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. The Saviour of Mankind or you can choose not to.
The apostle Paul writes,
“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.  Romans 10: 9,10.
The choice is yours.
Please think about it.

You Decide

You decide
 “Look deep into nature,
and then you will understand everything better.”
                                                                  Albert Einstein.
I believe Einstein was right. The more we study nature the better our understanding of everything and that includes God.
The Psalmist wrote,
“The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.”
                                                                                         Psalm 19:1-3
I am a creationist. I make no apologies for what I believe. I however don’t really care if God used the big bang theory to create the universe or some other way. I don’t really care whether it took six billion years or six days to get us to where we are today.
What is important to me is that there is a God who loves us. That life is not finite. Limited to this life.
For me this life is a proving ground if you will. It is here that God gives us a chance to follow Him or reject Him.
He has written on our hearts what is right and wrong. He has planted in all people I believe a need to make sense out of life and to seek Him.
The writer of Ecclesiastes wrote,
“What does the worker gain from his toil?
I have seen the burden God has laid on men.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
I know that there is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live.
That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil—this is the gift of God.
I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that men will revere him.
Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account.
And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there.
I thought in my heart, “God will bring to judgment both the righteous and the wicked, for there will be a time for every activity, a time for every deed....” Ecclesiastes 3:9-17
The writer of Ecclesiastes go’s on to say,
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole  duty  of man.
For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.” Ecclesiastes12:13,14.
This is what I believe.
That being said, I cannot nor will I force my ideas on anyone. I do however believe it is my duty to God to present my beliefs to anyone who is willing to listen to me.
I firmly believe that each person should read the Bible for themselves and make their own conclusions with respect to God, Jesus Christ, and eternity.
I believe what C. S. Lewis when he wrote,
“Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important.”C. S. Lewis.
This is what each individual when presented with Christ must decide for themselves.
Please think about it.

Make every Effort

Make every Effort
“Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12 :14.
This is a message directed solely at Christians. A Christian is called to live at peace will all men. To be holy. To be holy means living life in a way God would be pleased with. By holy it means living your life for God, not constantly quoting scripture and pounding people figuratively over the head with the Bible.
Christians are called to live lives that are acceptable to God. Doing our best to show others by our life and lifestyle the way to heaven.
As Francis of Assisi said,
Preach the Gospel at all times
and
when necessary use words.
                                                   Francis of Assisi
The apostle Peter tells Christians,
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
Dear friends,
I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul.
Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.” 1 Peter 2:9-12.
This is the call of Christ to all Christians. Jesus lived such a life so should we.
Indeed be we a Christian or non-Christian, if everyone did their best to live a peace with those around them, the world would be a much better place.
Please think about it.

I Believe

I Believe
The Psalmist writes,
“I wait for the LORD,
my soul waits,
and in his word I put my hope.”
                                          Psalm 130:5.
In my previous blog I quoted Voltaire as saying
To believe in God is impossible
not to believe in Him is absurd.”
                                             Voltaire.
I do believe this. I believe God exists and that Jesus Christ is his one and only Son.
I believe the apostle John who wrote,
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
In him was life, and that life was the light of men....
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. ” John 1:1-4,14.
I believe Jesus was their when the Universe and everything in it was created.
For me it is a purely faith thing. Although not a blind faith thing. You see the Psalmist tells us,
“The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.”
                                                                     Psalm 19:1-3.
As I look at it science done properly will point people to God the Creator of all things.
Science shows us there is an orderly universe. Every thing from the smallest subatomic particles to the largest galaxies are in perfect harmony to let life exist as we know it here on earth.
I cannot believe this came into being randomly.
For me God exists and no one can change my mind. I know it’s a faith thing but even if God does not exist having faith in Him does not hurt.
What is dangerous and can hurt is not believing God exists only to find when you pass into eternity God exists and you have not had the faith to believe in Him.
The writer of Hebrews tells us,
“And without faith it is impossible to please God,
because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists
and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
                                                                  Hebrews 11:6
Please think about it.

The Choice is Yours

The choice is yours
The book of Joshua records,
“Now fear the LORD and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your forefathers worshiped beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD.
But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living.
But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24: 14,15.
I am a Christian. I believe in God. I believe God created the heavens and the earth. Whether he took billions of years to create the universe or six day is irrelevant to me. The fact is I believe he exists and created universe.
The apostle Paul speaking to the Athenians said,
“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands.
And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else.
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.
God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.
‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’” Acts 17:24-28.
I believe we only have to look around to see God’s handiwork. The Psalmist states,
“The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”
                                                                                        Psalm 19:1.
From the largest galaxy to the smallest subatomic particle everything works in unity to give us life as we know it. I cannot believe this is all by chance.
Einstein said,
“Human beings vegetables  or cosmic dust. We all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance by an invisible player.” Albert Einstein.
I believe that invisible player is God and that by creating such a perfectly integrated universe we can if we are willing see the handiwork of God.
That being said, I have said in previous blog posts that God did not make robots. He created human beings, individuals with freedom of thought and action. That includes not believing in God and going one’s own way.
However I also believe the writer of, Ecclesiastes who said,
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole  duty  of man.
For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.” Ecclesiastes12:13,14.
I also believe the words of Jesus speaking of himself as recorded in the book of John when he said,
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son”. John 3:16-18.
Ultimately you must decide who and what you believe in. If I as a Christian am wrong then I have nothing to fear as I have in following what the Bible states will have lived a good life.
On the other hand if what I believe is true then it will have eternal consequences for all who do not believe in God.
Please think about it.

Rules that prove the fact

Rules that prove the fact
In brief the ten commandments read,
1/“You shall have no other gods before me.”
2/“You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them;...”
3/ “You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.”
4/ “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.”
5/ “Honour your father and your mother,”
6/“You shall not murder.”
7/“You shall not commit adultery.”
8/“You shall not steal.”
9/“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.”
10/“You shall not covet “
                                                                                       From Exodus 20:2-17.
Here to me is something that proves God exists. Quoted above are the Ten Commandments. They were given to Moses by God thousands of years ago and are universally applicable to every man and woman on the planet. These are rules for living that I firmly believe are in the hearts of everyman.
Following these ten basic rules for living makes society a safe and loving place.
Such rules I do not believe simply evolved over the centuries. I cannot believe ancient man simply convened a conference of all the tribes of the earth and agreed on such rules. I believe God himself instilled them in our hearts and minds from the day we were conceived. I believe they are part of our DNA.
The ten commandments tell mankind first of all how God expect the individual to act with respect to God. The first three state,
1/“You shall have no other gods before me.”
There is only one God to be worshipped and that is the Lord God almighty. We are to have no other Gods. We are not to make and worship idols. We are not to misuse God’s name.
Number four states
4/ “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.”
We can work six days a week but on the seventh we are to rest and worship God. Having a day of rest is even accepted by health advocates as a good thing.
The fifth tells us,
5/ “Honour your father and your mother,”
We are to honour our father and mother. Years ago there use to be a saying around the church that said, “Don’t let your parents down, they brought you up.”
The next commands are what is needed for an orderly society, they state,
6/“You shall not murder.”
7/“You shall not commit adultery.”
8/“You shall not steal.”
9/“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.”
10/“You shall not covet
As I said I do not believe ancient man could come up with such universally accepted law as the ten commandments. Laws that encompass both mans relationship to God and his relationship with his fellow man.
That being said I leave the decision with you the reader. Do you believe there is a God the creator of heaven and earth or not?
The choice is yours.
Please think about it.

Food for Thought

Food for thought
For the last little while now most of what I have written has been aimed at Christians, Christian living, belief and lifestyle. I however want to take this post to look at belief, and faith in God. Listed are several quotes from both the Bible and sources outside the Bible. I put them here for you to think about.
The Psalmist states,
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”
Psalm 14:1
Voltaire said
“I cannot imagine how the clockwork of the universe
 can exist without a clockmaker.”
Voltaire
C. S. Lewis said,
“We may ignore, but we can nowhere evade,
 the presence of God.”
C.S. Lewis.

Abraham Lincoln said,
"I can see how it might be possible for a man to look down upon the earth and be an atheist,
but I cannot conceive how he could look up into the heavens
and say there is no God."
Abraham Lincoln
     The Psalmist declares,
“The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”
Psalm 19:1.

Billy Graham the American Evangelist said,
I can't prove it scientifically, that there's a God,
but I believe.
Billy Graham
The apostle Paul wrote,
“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing,
but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.”
1 Corinthians 1:18
A person has two choices in life. Either you believe in God or you do not. The choice is yours.
Blaise Pascal wrote,
Belief is a wise wager.
Granted that faith cannot be proved,
what harm will come to you if you gamble on its truth and it proves false?
 If you gain, you gain all;
if you lose, you lose nothing.
Wager, then, without hesitation, that He exists.
Blaise Pascal
Please think about it.

Faith in God

Faith in God
Abba Hillel Silver wrote,
“Faith in God is the strongest bulwark of a free society.  Human freedom began when men became conscious that over and above society and nature there is a God who created them...who fashioned them in His likeness, and that they are, therefore, possessed of intrinsic and independent significance and are endowed, as individuals, with original and irrevocable rights and authority.”
                                                                                                                                     Abba Hillel Silver
I know some say there is no God but to my mind there has to be a God a God who has sent in the hearts and minds of man absolute values.
Without a belief in common moral values society would slip into anarchy or worse go extinct.
We only have to look around the world today to see this is true. Terrorist such as Islamic State and other groups think it acceptable to murder people because they disagree with them.
They bomb airports, transportation systems and other public places and consider it acceptable behaviour.
World war two is the most dramatic example of men setting their own moral code. Hitler and his henchmen ordering the death of millions in death camps. Causing ultimately the deaths of nearly sixty million due to the war they caused.
Examples of people not following God’s moral code happens daily on a small scale in every city in the world. People steal, murder, and commit other crimes all the time, without thought of the consequences.
When men think they will not be punished for their actions, or do not fear that punishment they will continue to set their own moral standards.
It is I believe only when men realize consciously or subconsciously  that they will one day have to answer to God that they will change their ways.
The writer of Ecclesiastes states,
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole  duty  of man.
For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.”
Ecclesiastes12:13,14.
Where do you stand on God.
Please think about it.

"He" Shows

"He" shows

C. S. Lewis speaking about Jesus said,
“He shows much more of Himself to some people than to others-not because He has favourites, but because it is impossible for Him to show Himself to a man whose whole mind and character are in the wrong condition.”
                                                 C.S.Lewis.
Over the years I’ve had people say to me, “Why doesn’t God show Himself to me?”
One look at their life tells me their mind is closed or they have a preconceived idea of how God should show Himself.
Many people have made up their mind that God dose not exist and adamantly maintain that position their whole life. What they say is “They are right and believers in God are wrong”
To argue with such a person is futile.
Still it is their right to believe what they wish.
To say God does not exist however is quite a statement.
It means first of all that the person believes they know everything. That they have faith that they are right and the majority of people that have ever lived or are living today are wrong.
That people of faith are living a lie. That people of faith are under a mass delusion.
Think about it there are about three billion Christians on the earth, several billion Muslims, millions of Jews and Hindus not to mention all the other faith groups all of whom believe in God.
Are these people truly deluded?
As a Christian I have a distinct set of beliefs that say God exists and that He entered the physical world, the world He created in the form of His One and Only Son Jesus Christ to reconcile each person to Himself.
That is my belief. That however aside all of the other faith groups in the world recognize there is a God. The majority of the people in the world believe in an after life and God. Are we all as one prominent atheist stated “to be considered insane?”
I cannot believe that. It just doesn’t make sense.
The Psalmist states,
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.”
                                                                                               Psalm 19:1-3.
The universe from the largest galaxies to the smallest subatomic particle are in such prefect alignment as to allow life to exist here on Earth. This cannot be simply by chance.
If there is no God and a life after this, then life is in my opinion meaningless.
The writer of Ecclesiastes states,
“I denied myself nothing my eyes desired; I refused my heart no pleasure. My heart took delight in all my work, and this was the reward for all my labor.
Yet when I surveyed all that my hands had done and what I had toiled to achieve, everything was meaningless, a chasing after the wind; nothing was gained under the sun.”
                                                                                                      Ecclesiastes 2:10,11.
If we are simply on this earth for but a short time. Just long enough to collect a few bangles bobbles and beads. Just long enough to do a few works then what’s the point.
I truly believe man is an eternal being that he will one day stand before God. As Ecclesiastes states,
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole  duty  of man.
For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.”
Ecclesiastes 12:13,14
I as a Christian believe that Jesus is the way to heaven and eternal life with God. I believe Jesus when He states,
“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
       John 14:6
I believe the apostle Paul who wrote,
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—  not by works, so that no one can boast.”
                                                                 Ephesians 2:8,9.
I believe the writer of Hebrews who said,
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”
Hebrews 11:1
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
                                                                                    Hebrews 11:6.
If as Atheist say I am wrong then I have nothing to fear for I have lived a good and rewarding life.
If I am right in my beliefs which I am sure I am, then Atheist have a lot to fear.
The American Evangelist Tony Campolo wrote,
“When you were born, you cried and everybody else was happy. The only question that matters is this - when you die, will you be happy when everybody else is crying?”
                                                                                                   Tony Campolo.
Thus my question is. “Are you sure of your beliefs?”
Please think about it.

Man and God

Man and God
“A man can no more diminish God's glory by refusing to worship Him than a lunatic can put out the sun by scribbling the word 'darkness' on the walls of his cell.”
C.S. Lewis, The Problem of Pain.
Over the sixty plus years I’ve been on this earth I’ve listened to many people say there is no God. I know they are wrong.
To quote C. S. Lewis again,
“We may ignore, but we can nowhere evade, the presence of God.”
                                                                                                   C.S. Lewis.
The other day a friend and I took our camera’s and went to take some photographs of the autumn leaves in the area. We ended up in a small nature trail a few hundred metres from the mighty Niagara Falls. There, there was in contrast to the mighty Niagara a series of tiny small falls, just a metre or so high connecting a couple of small ponds in which a group of ducks were swimming.
Compered to the roar of Niagara this was peaceful and quiet. Yet in it I could see the handiwork of God. The trees bedecked in their fall colours. The ducks quietly swimming. I cannot believe that all of what I seen was by chance.
God was at work. I’m not one to worry if it took a six billion years or six days to get this way. I only know in my heart that there was a divine creator behind it all.
I think the reason people cannot see God is that they have to varying degrees closed their minds to the fact that He exists.
We have become very much a people that demand concrete signs.
The apostle Paul said,
“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.
Jews demand miraculous signs and Greeks look for wisdom,  but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles,  but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.”
              1 Corinthians 1:18-25
We as individuals want God to reveal himself using our rules. After all it would be far easier if God just appeared in the flesh standing in Jerusalem with a legion of angels demanding we worship Him. At least then we’d know for sure.
God however does not work like that. God asks us to have faith in him. The writer of Hebrews stating,
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.’
                                                                                                     Hebrews 11:6
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”
                                                                                                Hebrews 11:1.
And perhaps Faith in God is the hardest thing for a person to have in this day and age?
Please think about it.

Your Choice

Your choice

“The Bible does not defend itself. It was written to people who accepted its message and therefore spends little time convincing its readers of its authenticity.”
                                                                        Author unknown
I could write volumes is defence of the Bible’s authenticity. At the same time I could speak for hours giving proof of that God exists and Jesus is God incarnate but it would not convince some people.
Some people just want to believe what they want to believe. They believe there is no God so they view only the facts that say there is no God.
They will not accept the accuracy of the Bible and dismiss its truths as being bias.
As far as I’m concerned that is all well and good.
God when he created mankind gave him a freewill. That freewill gives each and every person the right to believe in God or not. God will not force anyone to believe in Him. It’s that simple.
God want’s our belief in Him to be an act of faith. The writer of Hebrews stating,
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
                                                                                                         Hebrews 11:6
The writer of Hebrews tells us that Jesus is the Son of God, and that the Son
“The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.”
                                         Hebrews 1:3.
The Bible notes Jesus gave a choice when he said,
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.  Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”
                                                                                                                John 3:16-18.
Therefore the choice is yours dear reader. Believe there is a God and Jesus is his one and only Son. The Saviour of the world or not.
There is no middle ground.
If I am wrong and there is no God. Then you have nothing to fear, but if I am right then you at the very least have a lot to consider.
Please think about it.
