The Son of God
John’s gospel records Jesus speaking to Martha,
"Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
"Yes Lord" she told Him, "I believe you are the Christ the Son of God, who was to come into the world," John 11:25,26,27.
Martha knew Jesus personally. Thus she was one of those people who truly knew who Jesus was and she said,
"I believe you are the Christ the Son of God, who was to come into the world,"
